I've been out of town (still am) so these are a little jet-lagged.
Landing in Charlotte
the Sun parts mellow clouds
in crystal shards
to shine on red dirt mountains,
tractors, waving grass, and me.
Visiting family
Wii time, TV, internet
going out every meal
No time
for each other's gifts
Three rose branches
one baked bare
one half a teabag,
half sun setting deep gold
The last dripping clover honey
